To the right in the plantation is the old Jarmors Taarn (tower) the last rem nant of the fortifications of the oldest Copenhagen. R ight opposi­ te one will notice the building of Ostifterncs Kreditforening (credit-institution of the is­ lands) and to the left of this the Technological In stitu te (see Chapter 7). Passing by here one comes to Gyldenlovesgade, crossing Farimagsgade to the lakes and continued in a broad, new boulevard to the Aabou- levard, beginning at the other side of the lakes. B uilt

Hall and the Square, to the right, passing the » Fountain of the Dragona (see Chapter 9) and crossing the Town- Hall Square. On the corner of Jernhanegade, is the Dagmar- hotel (see Chapter 14) o u t­ side of which on the boule­ vard is the group of »The little Horn-blower«, comme­ morative of an episode from the war with Germany. On the corner of Studie- strajde is Turisthotellet (see Chapter 14) and on the op­ posite corner the bjg building of the Students Club (architects N. Plesner and A. Mathiesen) and on the corner of Hammeriehsgade the big property of Revisions og For- valtnings Institutet. Vestre Boulevard ends a t Jarmors Square, where during the
