The large monu­ mental building to the right with the round frontispiece with a marble bust of F re­ derik IV and the royal arms, surrounded by trophies, is the so-called Chancery-Buil­ ding. Behind these buildings with entrances from K ristiansgade and the Parliam ents court­ yard, are the Royal-Library, the State Archives, the Victual- liny Office and the Arsenal situated (see Chapter 7). Through Tojhusgade along the building of the master of the horse, built by Frederik IV one reaches to Frederik s- holms Kanal. To the left the canal runs into the harbour along the old building of »The K ings Brewing-house«, with its characteristic roof, a ttrac tin g ones attention.
