Hojbroplads is to the right, when passing Amagertorv on Route 1 through the main promenade. I t is easily known on account of the high eque­ strian statu e of the founder of Copenhagen, the bishop Absalon (see Chapter 8) be­ hind which the big mass of Christiansborg palace is seen in the background. All fo­ renoon the Hojbroplads pre­ sents a very beautiful and li­ vely view with its m arket of flowers and vegetables (see Chapter 10).
