KOLDING HARBOUR is situated down Kolding Fiord on the East Coast of Jutland and stands in direct communication with the Danish State Railway system. The length of quayage is about 7000 ft. and the depth of water for navigation and at quays is 23 ft. There are no tides. The harbour is the traffic centre for a considerable part of Denmark, consequently forming a distinctly advantageous basis for the disposal of goods, general trade, transit trade and industri ' ' 1 -------- The traffic moving via this port consists of all the various groups of goods in fairly equal proportions. All harbour dues etc. are extremely moderate. Extensive siles with direct access to quays and railway lines are available in the harbour suitable for all kinds of trade activities, and there are likewise warehouses for transit operations.
