Information is lacking with regard to the value of the output of a number of the foliowing very important industries: Sugar refineries, spirit distilleries, bread factories, ready- made garment industries, the wood industry and the budding industry. The principal organ of the Danish industries is: The Industrial Council (Address Vestre Boulevard 18, Copenhagen, [V]. Chairman: Chr. Overgaard, R.), the object of which institution is to deal with all technical and industrial matters which are referred to it; to follow the industrial development at home and abroad, and to collect information on economic, commercial, social and technical questions of interest to the industries.
