These s ta rt from d’Angleterre 45 m inutes before the schedule time of the aeroplanes. The aeroplanes have large, comfortable cabins with cosy wicker-chairs, luggage rooms and lavatory. The cabins ha­ ve room for 7 passengers. The prices are between a I and II class railway ticket for the same distance. Con­ sidering the time used, this way of travelling, therefore is the cheapest. Besides it is agreeable and safe. I t one has tried this quick and com­ fortable way, with no tra n s­ fer, no ferries and many troublesome formalities, has seen the changing perspecti­ ves of the countries, the wa­ ters and the clouds, one he­ sitates at using again the slow means of travelling on the land or sea.

A glance on the map clear­ ly shows the central* posi­ tion of Copenhagen with re­ gard to the air-routes, con­ necting the most im portant cities of Northern-, Central, Eastern and Western Europe. The net of the air-routes, touching Copenhagen during the last years lias heen highly developed, so th a t the city a t present has air-lines to ­ wards all four corners of the world. Where are you going? To Berlin, Leipzic, Miin- nich or Vienna? To Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt o. the M. or Swit­ zerland? To Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris or London? To these places are direct air-lines, reducing the travel­ ling time 1/o or 1/4 of the ordinary time by rail or wa­ ter. To Oslo and Stockholm too are air-lines coming, and be­ tween Copenhagen and Mai- mo is connection several ti­ mes a day with hydroplanes, making the trip in 10 m inu­ tes. All the main-lines start
